Working closely with our clients and their brokers, we help negotiate the purchase and sale of real estate assets. From there, we coordinate with lenders, appraisers, surveyors, engineers, and title companies, as we move through the due diligence process to closing. We take a proactive approach to ensure a timely and successful closing.

- Represented seller of skilled nursing facility in real estate purchase and sale agreement.
- Represented buyers of residential subdivision lots in structuring special purpose entities and contractual relationships necessary for the finance, purchase, and build-out of the lots.
- Represented regional specialty contractor in acquisition of new facility.
