Representative matters:
- Represented owners of retail center in enforcement of $5,000,000 personal guaranty of anchor-tenant lease.
- Represented buyer of multiple commercial properties in defense of breach of contract claims by the seller of the properties and prosecution of counterclaims for breach of contract and intentional misrepresentation by the seller.
- Represented commercial landlord in securing judgment for breach of lease based upon tenant’s early vacation of property and failure to pay rent.
