Overview

Nathaniel’s practice focuses on business, real estate, and general civil litigation matters.

Nathaniel has previously worked as a trial attorney for two large multi-state civil litigation law firms, representing both individual clients as well as multi-national companies in personal injury, products liability, and business disputes through negotiations and at trial, mediations, and arbitrations. He is also a member of the faculty at the University of Western States where he teaches graduate courses on healthcare law and bioethics.

Outside of his practice, Nathaniel is a member of several non-profit science advocacy organizations including the North American Research Group, Utah Friends of Paleontology, and the Planetary Society. Additionally, Nathaniel is an elected member of the Oregon Bar Association Healthcare Law Executive Committee.
