Overview
Dan’s practice focuses primarily on litigation, including business and contract disputes, securities claims, real estate litigation, and other financial disputes.
Before moving to Oregon in 2023, he spent ten years in federal courts in New York City and across the country as counsel for both public and private sector clients in civil rights, contract, healthcare, tort, pharmaceutical antitrust, data breach, creditor’s rights, securities, employment, consumer protection, and other class action matters. He also served as a clerk to two federal magistrate judges in the Eastern District of New York. Dan leverages this broad experience to identify creative and efficient solutions backed by strong research and writing to achieve his client’s goals.
